AYOSAA Nutrition

When it comes to health everyone should be treated individually. One plan does not suit all and this is not often recognised. There is a lot of information in the media that can be confusing and often conflicting. People can often struggle to decipher the messages they come across and understand what is good for their bodies and what actually may be causing harm. AYOSAA can help with this.

AYOSAA looks to provide solutions on an individual basis. We can give guidance to individuals or groups of people for various nutritional needs. These services are listed below. Select the service that best fits your needs. Please contact us  via email on contact@ayosaa.co.uk for further information on any of these services.

Why AYOSAA Nutrition?

It is easy to fall into a trap of believing everything you read. The majority of the time, what is reported is not necessarily true or there is more to the story. At AYOSAA, all nutritional advice is provided by Registered Dietitians. Everything they advise is based on real scientific proof which they have researched. Dietitians are also asked to keep a record of all their training whilst practicing. They are monitored closely by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), where practice can only be maintained if it is safe, based on scientific evidence and complies with national guidelines. This is where Dietitians differ from nutritionists and nutritional therapists.
